Shipping, Delivery & Returns


We accept all major credit cards. We currently only supply menswear to the UK. After you have placed your order you will be sent an email with your order confirmation - this is simply a notification that we have received your order - we do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. The email notification does not indicate that a contract exists between us, this is created once we have have sent you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in case any errors occur in pricing, inadvertently goods have been under priced, or we are no longer able to supply a product. If there is an error in price, we will contact you to confirm your acceptance of the new price.

 


Delivery Information

We endeavour to send your order within 1 working day of receipt, and most orders are received within 3 business days.  Some items may take up to 5 working days so please bear with us if this is the case.  Most items can be collected in store on the same day between 11am and 3pm.  Please call Matthew Cox to confirm and arrange collection on 07775714306.  

Back Ordered Products

If your item is not in stock we will back order it for you and notify you via email.


Our Returns Policy

We do not refund postage and packing charges, and if you decide to exchange goods costs will be chargeable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
